REQUEST ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Google Play Account Deletion Policy, LGPD (Article 18), and the data protection law of your country

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It removes your account and associated data held by VÉRTZ in Firebase. See below for how subscription records are handled and how to cancel renewal.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

You can request authenticated deletion directly in the app installed on your phone:

In the app, in any country:

Open VÉRTZ on your phone.
Tap the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner.
In your account section, tap the red “DELETE ACCOUNT” button.
Confirm the request in the dialog and wait for confirmation that it is complete. You may need to sign in again. If an error occurs, try again or contact support.

If you use the app without an account or no longer have it installed, you can also request deletion with the form below.

Option 2: Request Deletion Online (No App Required)

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion through our web form, enter your registered email address below:

Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Data that is deleted:

Sign-in credentials: Your Firebase Authentication record, including UID, email address, profile photo, and Google Sign-In associations.
Database profile: Documents and preferences stored in your user collection in Firestore.
Wallet and favorites: Simulation history and cards marked as favorites.
Notification tokens: FCM push notification tokens are permanently unlinked.

Retention period:

In the app, removal takes place during the authenticated procedure; wait for confirmation that it is complete. For web requests, our team must verify ownership before processing the request and will provide updates at your registered email address. To follow up, contact contact@guntocollective.xyz.

Subscriptions and Purchase Records

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. To stop VÉRTZ CTRL renewal, go to Google Play Subscriptions.

Deleting Firebase data does not automatically delete purchase and subscription records processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. To request handling of those records, contact contact@guntocollective.xyz. We will explain which records can be deleted and any applicable retention; we do not promise to delete records the store or providers are required to retain.
