Welcome to VÉRTZ (package com.vertz.finance). By accessing or using the mobile app or related web services, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of the Service and Financial Disclaimer

VÉRTZ is a technology platform that serves as a search tool, comparison service, and informational catalog of financial products, including credit cards, loans, investments, global accounts, and rewards programs.

Financial Disclaimer:

VÉRTZ is NOT a financial institution, bank, lender, or banking correspondent authorized to grant credit, in Brazil or in any other country.
We DO NOT provide loans or financing. Catalog links take you to institutions’ external channels, where you can apply for products. We do not charge to release credit.
VÉRTZ offers free access with ads and an optional subscription, VÉRTZ CTRL. Prices, billing periods, and features are shown on the subscription screen and in Google Play before purchase. No payment to VÉRTZ guarantees approval for a card, loan, or credit limit increase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for the subscription are handled by Google Play under the store's rules in your country.
Application approval, credit limits, and interest rates are determined solely by the issuing financial institution responsible for each card or product, such as banks, card networks, and brokers.

Google Play manages subscription purchases and renewals. You can review and cancel renewal under Subscriptions in your Google Play account. Deleting your VÉRTZ account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

2. Accuracy of Information

Our team and algorithms continually work to keep annual fees, points and miles earning rates, cash back percentages, and benefits current using issuers’ public information. However, banks may change market terms, fee waivers, and charges unilaterally. Always read the agreement on the issuer’s website carefully before obtaining a product.

3. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The VÉRTZ brand, app layout, source code, visual elements, and Radar algorithm are the exclusive property of Gabriel Magalhães. Logos, names, and trademarks of cards and institutions mentioned in the app belong to their respective rights holders and are used solely to describe and identify products for informational purposes (referential use).

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or automated scraping of the app.
Attempting to bypass authentication systems or Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure.
Intentionally providing false information while using the service.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes implied acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, particularly the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014), without prejudice to consumer rights that the law of the country where you live does not allow to be waived. The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, are designated to resolve disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to your right to turn to the consumer protection authorities and courts of the country where you live, where local law guarantees it.
